We are recruiting an entrepreneurial, creative and analytical digital marketer to join our Demand Generation team and help us acquire, engage, and retain new business. You will lead the effort to drive new business into the non-developer funnel. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation, you will lead a broad range of functions including SEO, paid acquisition, content syndication and data driven experiments like A/B testings, website landings and funnel optimizations.
* Use data to make decisions about prioritization and impact, and have a passion for experimentation. * Define strategy for SEO optimization of the digital website, non-developer content and building a shared knowledge & practice across marketing of SEO-first content generation. * Conversion & page health optimization - driving conversion, bounce, exit, and page-pathing optimization for non-developer personas. * Collaborate with the Auth0 Growth team to maintain a consistent strategy and tone throughout developer and non-developer tactics. * Define and drive KPIs for all initiatives. * Define the strategy for our paid acquisition efforts. * Build and manage project plans, drive cross-functional team deliverables, coordinate with outside vendors, manage budgets, and see projects through to completion on time/budget. * Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B digital marketing role for in technology. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening and interpretation skills * Ability to establish and manage priorities and drive projects to completion. * Thrives working cross-functionally and enjoys building strong internal and external relationships in a globally-distributed company. * Creative thinker and problem solver, willing to take risks and able to problem solve in real-time. * Able to recognize potential obstacles and pro-actively suggest work-arounds.
