Customer Service Representative

August is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. The position will be responsible for engaging with our customers and making sure that each interaction results in a happy customer. The ideal candidate will be highly personable, organized, proficient with common office tools such as spreadsheet and document software, and a quick learner.

* Answer phones and provide outstanding support * Provide support through ticket management system (desk.com) * Track and respond to social media (Twitter, FB, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) * Customer follow up on issues reported * Report bugs reported by customers, escalate as necessary * Close out bug reports that are fixed and provide feedback to customer * Process returns

* 1-3 years experience as a CSR * Flexible schedule, hours of operation are Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 8PM and Saturday - Sunday 9AM - 6PM * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Desire to contribute actively in a fast-moving startup, working cross-functionally * Strong attention to detail * Strong understanding of hardware technology * Proficiency with common office software and social media - Google Docs, Excel, Dropbox, Facebook and Twitter
