Summary

The Receptionist / Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for actively operating telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments. The Receptionist / Data Entry Coordinator will also be responsible for building customer relations, and providing information about products or services while contributing to a team by completing tasks in a timely manner and inputting positive feedback. Also, the Receptionist / Data Entry Coordinator will be a team member who is capable, dependable, and engaged while appreciate others’ work styles.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses
  • Answer telephones and direct customers to the appropriate contact
  • Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
  • Support co-worker’s by cooperating and making decisions based on team goals
Ideal Candidate

Qualifications of the Receptionist / Data Entry Coordinator:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfortable learning new computer applications
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative

Education Requirements for the Receptionist / Data Entry Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (strongly preferred)
  • Bilingual is a plus
Compensation and Working Conditions
Hourly Pay $10 - $15
