Summary

They are seeking a Jr. Executive Assistant to support a team in this fast-paced environment. They will need to perform routine administrative duties, assist with clerical work, manage several calendars and assist with client research and monitoring. The perfect candidate would have 2-5 years of work experience as an Jr. Executive Assistant in a creative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential administrative support to the executive, and maintain confidentiality of information under his/her supervision
  • Cover reception and greet visitors
  • Booking travel, both domestic and international
  • Heavy calendar management
  • Entering and processing executive expense reports
  • Answering phones/relaying messages accurately and quickly
  • Ordering, stocking and distributing office supplies
  • Performs routine and specialized administrative duties, including data research and coordination of special events
  • Assist the marketing department with ad hoc projects
  • Support Sr. Account managers with creating media lists, client research and client events
Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge/skill
  • Able to adapt quickly & multitask

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation and Working Conditions

Additional Notes on Compensation

Salary/Hourly Rate: $17/hr – $20/hr | $45k – $55k
