Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator would work closely with operations, events and the Executive Assistant to the CEO. As the Front Desk Coordinator, you would be the first impression of the office and direct point of contact for guests and clients. This person should be comfortable multi-tasking such as covering phones, email and scheduling for the office’s main conference rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations in office
  • Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
  • Organize and perform multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • General clerical duties
  • Order and maintain office supplies
Ideal Candidate

Qualifications for the Front Desk Coordinator:

  • 1-2 years of work experience
  • A poised, friendly and professional attitude
  • Ability to organize and maintain office appearance
  • Can do, will do attitude

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
Compensation and Working Conditions

Additional Notes on Compensation

Salary/Hourly Rate: $16/hr – $18/hr | $40k – $45k
