Email Marketing Manager

As Email Marketing Manager you will be responsible for producing, executing, and monitoring Atlassian’s email marketing campaigns and calendar.

• Track and report on key email metrics and recommendations. Define, communicate, and police program and campaign guidelines across the organization to ensure MoM improvements in performance and engagement
• Lead workflow, email production calendar, and related tasks against multiple requests and time-sensitive deadlines
• Maintain a continuous cycle of testing and learning to deliver actionable insights about our segmentation, messaging, and channel strategies that will help evolve program and campaign rules and guidelines
• Watch communications with our ESP and IT department to troubleshoot issues and/or define new functional requirements
• Implement advanced email marketing strategies (e.g., segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, dynamic content, implementation and management of marketing automation)
• Stay up to date with most standard methodologies and training

• 3 years of successful email marketing experience in a high-volume, fast growing organization(s)
• Able to operate with a high level of autonomy and run complex projects as a self-starter
• Demonstrated ability to evangelize, influence, and inspire change in a decentralized organization with multiple partners and shifting priorities
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong HTML, CSS, and SQL skills with experience crafting and troubleshooting responsive emails
