Summary
ATT’s Entertainment Group Project Management Office is seeking a Scrum Master to join the El Segundo, CA offices. This position is accountable for successful project delivery through disciplined project management processes and close collaboration with colleagues throughout the organization. Willingness to work occasional extended hours and weekends
Responsibilities
* Overseeing several Scrum teams in support of large strategic programs * Manage a high degree of change in a fast paced, complex and demanding environment, including onsite and offsite teams * Coach and guide team members on Agile best practices and assist in clearing impediments * Ensure that dependencies, issues and risks are identified, understood early and dealt with in a manner that mitigates surprises, risk to scope, cost, and schedule * Provide clear and consistent communication of project status both internally and with other delivery organizations * Help track and report on Agile team metrics * Establish and sustain strong on-going relationships with program team members, business partners and technical delivery partners * Evaluate decisions to ensure they are in the best interest of customers and company goals; escalate as needed * Create several different types of spreadsheets to track and manage program information and metrics * Assist in simple administration in JIRA, HipChat, AgileCraft and other Agile program team tools * Measure results and monitor key performance indicators to ensure project objectives are met throughout the project * Develop and maintain standard project documentation - project plans, agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to EGPMO program governance guidelines * Help put together executive level presentations for project stakeholders with input from the program leadership team * Provide general support to the program leadership team for miscellaneous initiatives such as planning event management/coordination, location/office moves, team lab setup/management, training coordination, and general program support
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 year of experience as a Scrum Master/Project Manager/Project Lead * Strong project management fundamentals, with waterfall and/or agile experience required * Knowledge and/or experience with Scaled Agile Framework a plus * Strong organization and analytical skills to effectively manage multiple small projects and tasks in parallel * Leadership qualities, including meeting facilitation, time management, conflict resolution, organizational skills and ability to influence others * Strong communication (verbal and written) skills, including ability to tailor communication to audience to achieve desired results * Experience with analyzing complex issues and delivering appropriate solutions * Proficiency in MS Project, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and other project management tools a must * JIRA background and experience highly desired * Scrum Master certification preferred **Candidate must possess the following qualities and characteristics:** * High Energy * Self starter * Versatile * Personal responsibility and accountability * Organized and can operate effectively under pressure * Business political maturity * Experience in leading and building capable subordinates
