**What You’ll Do:** * Design, develop, test, and maintain production-level enterprise applications deployed to cloud infrastructure * Extend open-source libraries and systems as necessary to meet the needs of the team * Develop and maintain production Web applications deployed to cloud infrastructure * Design and implement functionality from storage to middleware to REST API * Develop large scale streaming and/or batch data management and analysis capabilities using storage and analytic technologies **Tasks You Might Work On:** * Investigate ways to model historical event behavior to provide baselines for comparison when visualizing current event activity * Stand up an instance of Zeppelin for an Apache Spark cluster on AWS and write a Spark analytic that summarizes event data stored in AWS S3 and writes the results to Elasticsearch * Build and maintain a streaming ETL infrastructure capable of reliably processing thousands of events a second and writing them to a clustered Kafka topic
