Voluntary Worksite Sales Representative

Responsibilities for this position include:
- Territory development
- Cold call on broker/agents to generate leads
- Establish and maintain broker/agent relationships
- Conduct presentations for the worksite products
- Educate brokers/agents and customers on the worksite products
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Persisting block of business in territory
- Conduct Enrollments
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 years of sales experience.
- Active Live and Health License or must obtain within the first 6 months of hire date.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+years of selling worksite/supplemental/voluntary insurance products (Critical Illness, Cancer and Accident) through the broker distribution channel.
- Broker relationships.
- Proven track record in sales. College degree preferred. Business to Business selling. Achievement oriented. Relationship builder. Ambitious self motivator.

This position has a six-figure income potential through a base salary and incentive compensation structure, paid business expenses, abundant sales incentives and much more!
