We are seeking an experienced Software Tester/QA Analyst to join an Agile development team - you will bring experience with test design and execution, both manual and automated. This position is expected to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Create, execute and maintain manual and automated test plans/scripts as part of an Agile project team * Work with all members of the project team to develop tests and provide test results * Work with business partners to develop meaningful functional tests * Build test scenarios using requirements and acceptance criteria; provide feedback and questions during development and review of those requirements * Apply your varied experience with test design techniques to develop test scenarios * Record detailed test results and collaborate with Developers as solutions are developed * Lead performance/load testing efforts as required by the project * Analyze test results to adjust test cases and provide meaningful data to the team * Identify testing tools or processes to be leveraged by other teams within the organization * Advocate for the expansion of the QA process with your technical and business peers * Able to work in a fast-paced Agile team environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Qualifications** * 3 years of software testing experience required * High School diploma or equivalent required **Other Requirements** * Experience in Automated Testing * Experience testing in an Agile environment * Experience with HP Quality Center or similar tool * Proactive thinking, analytical thinking and problem solving skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Outstanding organization skills * Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment * Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks concurrently * Ability to plan activities in order to meet deadlines * Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision * Must have experience with MS Office tolls, such as Word and Excel * Ability to work professionally and effectively with co-workers, clients, vendors and others with whom DRMS does business **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree preferred * Strong SQL skills preferred
