Summary
Award winning marketing and creative team looking for a top notch web developer with design experience. This individual would work within the creative team collaborating with the marketing department and management stakeholders to direct maintenance and ongoing development of corporate website(s) including client web based microsites. Responsibilities include managing web development activities; such as company’s web based .Net platform, as well as designing and developing other proprietary websites and web applications.
Responsibilities
We will expect the candidate to be our team subject matter expert (SME) to provide best practice recommendations on the functional design of user interfaces for a suite of our websites and web-based applications to optimize user experience for all our users. As our teams SME we would look towards this individual to help track and report of web analytics and application usage. Candidate will need a solid project management skill set, managing web builds of websites and applications that may include integration with several other systems including the companies web based ASP.NET platform, Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, and other back office management systems. The ideal team member would have a working knowledge of front-end web design and back-end web development. Experience with managing outside teams of developers on a project basis a plus.
Ideal Candidate
**Candidate must have working knowledge of:** * ASP.NET * Working with ASP.NET Webforms and MVC * Javascript * .PHP * HTML5/HTML * JQuery * CSS/CSS3 * XML * Adobe Creative Suite Applications and Visual Studio and/or Sublime Text etc. * Experience with responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap * IIS Management a plus * Sitefinity CMS experience a big plus * Ruby on Rails experience a plus **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four year college or technical school or related experience, minimum of 5 years of website development experience with a proven track record (portfolio) * Ability to exercise independent, mature judgment, prioritize tasks & maintain confidentiality required. Proven ability to work in high pressure environment with deadlines. Possesses the ability to display a range of characteristics, including calmness under pressure, a positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and maintain tight schedules. Sitting, typing and computer monitor viewing for extended periods. Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Must be able to type and perform repetitive key strokes.
