Change Manager

• Work with the Director of Integration Change Management to execute the change management strategy
• Support the development and execution of a program-level change plan to support a seamless transition and onboarding of DT team members into CAI
• Develop change plans at the Group and Function levels to support the various projects and initiatives resulting from the integration of DT into CAI
• Support leadership and sponsor change management coaching efforts
• Support the management of the Integration Network by providing guidance, tools, and resources
• Support efforts to develop a change capacity tool to manage team member experience throughout the various changes resulting from the integration of DT into CAI
• Escalate risks and issues as required via appropriate and agreed upon channels

• Long term contract, will likely extend past 3 months
• Change management strategy and execution support for a large-scale merger & acquisition. Responsibilities to include execution of a change measurement strategy, development and oversight of change management plans, and support for stakeholder engagement and leadership coaching.
