We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our San Francisco-based team who has an insatiable desire to learn, an ability to oversee projects to completion, and a knack for finding creative solutions to complex challenges. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous Salesforce administrative and Apex experience to build out the processes that will drive the next level of efficiency for our team. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to branch out into other languages (like Python) as you learn about our robust internal data pipeline that fuels Asana’s bottoms-up sales engine.

* Work with business users to understand business objectives and craft elegant solutions to issues and challenges using Apex. Challenges include building complex workflow rules, precise revenue attribution mechanics, pipeline automation, and approval processes. * Act as a technical resource for the sales team to maximize clarity and minimize friction in sales processes * Manage dynamic and shifting priorities to deliver the most impactful solutions to the team * Write clean code and clear documentation that make future teammates happy * Some routine bug fixing

* 1-2+ years working in a Salesforce.com administrative capacity * Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments * Growth mindset * Willingness to identify and own challenging problems, from planning to execution **Desirable:** * Desire to learn Python * SQL experience * 2+ years of experience in Salesforce.com design, configuration, and custom development * Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I * Prior experience using a data visualization tool like Tableau or Looker
