* A comprehensive UC background * Trunking experience * Experience as a lead engineer and/or architecture * Experience with Cisco WebEx-launch WebEx video * Experience with MSFT Lync (on-prem and online), Skype for Business. * Experience with Cisco CallManager * Experience with Telephony * Experience with Technology and use case evaluation (PoC) * Experience with Cisco CME * Ability to complete a moderately complex (single site or technology) design from scratch * Implementation, Design and Architect of complex UC solutions brining in strong industry experience. Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competition. Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the clients' business environment and map the requirements and proactively suggest alternatives.

* Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Voice or CCVP. * Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) * Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) * Minimum 10 years’ experience leading complex project builds with proven performance to achieve on-time completion of projects. * Demonstrated successful design, planning and implementation of various Unified Communication solutions, including troubleshooting and capacity planning. * Expertise working on a team with motivated cross-functional individuals focused on a common goal of delivering cutting edge solutions to meet aggressive business demands in an ever changing environment to achieve on-time and on budget completion of projects. * Strong communication skills and Solid documentation experience with Visio, Word, Excel
