This Analyst position to support a critical reporting need for PeopleDev, the primary Learning and Development team at Client. This position is part of the Metrics & Evaluation team within PeopleDev, which is comprised of 7 FTEs and 3 TVCs, all sitting in client site. This assignment will help expedite reporting solutions for various TechDev clients to meet increasing demands for comprehensive reporting on customer learning activities that integrates data across systems and platforms. This analyst will conduct a needs analysis and pilot and implement client focused reporting solutions for key TechDev clients.

* Conduct reporting needs analysis, capture requirements and develop reporting solutions to meet the needs of internal clients. * Perform analysis of nomination-based programs and tools to identify process improvements and consolidate data for reporting * Help define and implement pro-active reporting strategy to support client business decisions * Perform adhoc analysis of learning data to provide insights for developing org-wide learning strategies * Make recommendations for streamlining data management processes based on analysis; help implement improvements

* Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, etc) * Strong data analysis skills, including working with and joining large data sets (3-4 years minimum) * Proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Google Analytics and querying languages (e.g., SQL, BigQuery ) * Ability to self-start and self-direct projects when necessary * Experience gathering and documenting reporting requirements * Strong written and verbal communication skills
