Mailroom Clerk

As a Mailroom Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, sorting and distributing the organization’s mail, including overnight and ground packages. Will be responsible for logging into a database and distributing mail internally. Also will ship out letters or boxes for overnight and ground delivery.

* Receives, sorts and distributes the organization's mail, logs into a database, and distributes mail internally. * Handles all shipping needs such as Overnight, 2nd day air, and ground service. * Folds letters or circulars and inserts in envelopes when needed. * Examines outgoing mail for appearance and seals envelopes by machine or hand. * Stamps outgoing mail by hand or with postage meter. * Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as needed. * Delivers paper cases to designated copier/fax machines. * Assists facilities department with teardown/setups of conference rooms. * May serve as a backup to the front reception area.

**Basic Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1-3 years related experience. * Ability to lift 50 lbs. * Organizational skills, ability to multi-task. * Requires common courtesy and clear verbal communication skills. * Valid Colorado Driver's License. **Skills:** Must have organizational skills, and multi-task.
