We do this by keeping a pulse on global architectural and product design trends, by constantly pursuing a better understanding of the specification and build process, and by synthesizing new concepts that anticipate and respond to the need for inspirational spaces.

* Lead industrial design activities for front end exploration and new product development projects * Create forward thinking concepts that push the boundaries of current manufacturing capabilities and speak to anticipated or emerging architectural trends * Create market-driven designs based upon ideation, market research, trends, and product requirements * Conceptualize and communicate ideas verbally and graphically * Develop 3D CAD models and design control drawings of refined concepts * Provide hands-on support to build sample components and lead the physical assembly of prototype installations

* A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design * Highly developed sketching, ideation and brainstorming skills. * A high level of mechanical aptitude, a good understanding of manufacturing processes. * Expertise with Illustrator and Photoshop * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications * Experience with solid modeling using parametric 3D CAD software * Experience using Autodesk Inventor software * Experience with architect specified installed product * Familiarity with architectural materials including engineered substrates, solid and veneered wood, formed sheet metal, and aluminum extrusions
