Arhaus Furniture is a rapidly growing, fashion forward, home furnishings retailer with a passion for design and excellence. We are looking for an Illustrator to join our team.

The Illustrator reports to the Director of Design and Product Development and is responsible for the rendering of product development illustrations. The Illustrator will work directly with the Merchant and Product Development team to produce product development specifications, as needed.

• Work closely with the Merchant and Product Development team to create renderings, as needed.
• Develop and provide product development illustrations as needed
• Create product development specifications, utilizing AutoCAD and 3D modeling, as required.
• Proof and approve factory drawings for product sampling.
• Utilize fluent hand-rendering and sketching abilities.
• Other duties as may be determined by management to perform the necessary functions of the position on an as-needed basis.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Four-year college degree in art/design related field.

• Previous experience in furniture design, preferred.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). AutoCAD and 3D computer modeling experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and organization skills.

• Able and willing to travel.
