* On-site asbestos, lead-paint, microbial and other regulated materials investigations * Participate in the activities of asbestos, lead-paint, mold remediation, and other regulated materials * Indoor air quality investigations * Industrial hygiene testing * Preparation of site health and safety plans * General proposal and report writing

* **Required Qualifications:** * 2 years experience * Excellent reading, writing, computer/Windows/Microsoft Office, and communication skills are also necessary; * California CSST and CDPH-I/A * Asbestos AHERA initial and refresher, Lead sampling technician initial training * **Preferred Qualifications:** * NIOSH 582 training * DOSH CAC * CDPH Lead Inspector, Assessor, Project Monitor * 40-hour HAZWOPER * 30-hour OSHA Construction Supervisor * Bachelors degree in sciences related field or construction management are a plus for this position * This position requires a current valid driver’s license
