Arbor’s corporate office in Uniondale, NY has an immediate opening for an Asset Management Professional. This individual will be responsible for the management of assets in Arbor Realty Trust’s (ART) loan portfolio. **Responsibilities:** - Assess loan risk within the portfolio and make recommendations to senior management to mitigate the risk - Train Asset Management staff and manage, evaluate and develop the portfolio staff - Create quarterly reports, valuations and risk ratings - Create and implement business plans associated with a variety of real estate-related assets, including mezzanine and bridge loans, REO properties and preferred equity positions - Monitor capital improvement projects to ensure timely completion within budgets - Work closely with senior management in analyzing strategies for workouts, foreclosures, acquisitions and dispositions

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate and/or Accounting, Master’s degree preferred - A strong knowledge of real estate markets with a particular emphasis on office, residential, condominium and hospitality sectors - A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Real Estate with an emphasis on risk/financial analysis, valuations, relationship management, workouts, capital markets and Asset Management - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word - Excellent project management, leadership and organizational skills - The ability to “think outside the box” and present ideas in a clear and concise manner - The ability to train analytical staff
