Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

Appian is seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Group, reporting directly to the Director, Digital Marketing. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns and programs across multiple services (e.g. PPC, Paid Social, Creative and Analytics) and channels necessary to support our strategic growth objectives. In this role, you will take lead in creating, monitoring and continually improving Ad Operations in context of cross-channel integrated marketing campaigns.

* Coordinate the use of all marketing channels and tactics to put together campaigns that capture and close prospects * Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce excellent, relevant content for Google Adwords, display, and remarketing campaigns * Work closely with vendors to ensure all elements – budget, creative, messaging, campaigns - are meeting lead goals and ROI * Develop and implement strategies and test plans to optimize campaign performance and make continual recommendations for increased improvements * Create and maintain campaign reporting.

* 3+ years of digital advertising/online media experience * Bachelor’s Degree * Professional communication skills, both internally and externally with customers. * Quick learner; critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent project management skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills
