Sales and Marketing Intern

AppFolio Property Manager is a powerful cloud-based property management software that allows apartment, residential, commercial, student housing, and community association property managers to more effectively market, manage and grow their business.

AppFolio is looking for a qualified intern to join our marketing team, reporting to the Sales Development Manager. This person works closely with the Sales Development team to improve team efficiency, conduct market research, and help identify qualified prospects. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained experience in various aspects of sales and marketing.

* Research projects to improve marketing efficiency * Database entry and updating to ensure clean records * Finding more leads for our Sales Development team * Support the Sales Development team in ongoing activities including answering phones, making calls and verifying data

Company is looking for an undergraduate student who is majoring in Sales, Marketing, Business, Advertising or related major. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Data Management and CRM (Salesforce ideally) experience a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.
