- Coordinate with the Client Support team to address platform defects and issues reported by customers. - Assist senior-level technical staff and Product Management to build, test, and deploy new features or enhancements to existing features. - Utilize both Agile and traditional software lifecycle methodologies. - Analyze performance of software interfaces and identify alternatives for optimizing the usage of computer resources. - Apply generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation. - Participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting and software. - Provide assistance and routine consultation to users in the development of operating systems and software. - Plan and execute software version upgrade releases and custom interfaces. - Collaborate with others to develop alternative system and software designs. - Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 2+ years of development experience with the Microsoft .NET platform, including C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET, and ASP.NET. - 2+ years of direct development experience in Microsoft SQL Server technologies, including SQL 2005 and more recent versions. - Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft SQL programming and best practices. - A great attitude and a team focused mind set. - Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. - Ability to pass a Social Security Administration E-Verify check for U.S. work authorization.
