* Input and Management (Coupa system) * Chargebacks * Transaction processing (P-Card/GC transactions) * Accounts Payable Invoices (Hiperos) * Escheated checks * Direct Payments * Healthy Paws Foundation work * Maintaining written procedures * Backup for Finance Admin(s) II * Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with internal and external customers * Provide responsive and timely communication to various parties. * Special requests when applicable

**Minimum Work Experience Required:** * 4 – 5 years related accounts payable experience * Experience with the MicroSoft office suite products * Prior work experience with purchase requisitions, coding invoices and setting up vendors. * Experience with Coupa, Hiperos, QuickBooks a plus **Minimum Education:** High school diploma required
