Summary
As a Product Manager on AOL Platforms you will work with cutting-edge advertising technology, very high-performing teams and most importantly, incredible customers. You’ll drive priority for our engineers and build industry leading products that our customers value and love. You must have the drive and ability to tackle complex problems in one of today’s most competitive and fastest moving industries. You must have the desire to be a student of the digital advertising space and to discover creative ways to ship a high quality product.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with engineering scrum teams, presenting new features and communicating business goals * Evaluate and consolidate feedback and requests from product stakeholders, both internal to AOL and external clients and partners. * Perform deep data analysis to support and uncover product development opportunities and priorities. * Prioritize roadmap items based on data, revenue opportunity, market needs and risk * Develop requirements for new features and products by leveraging market research and client feedback. * Be a visionary in the advertising space (especially mobile advertising), anticipating market needs. * Evangelize the product suite to existing users and across the entire advertising ecosystem. * Drive software integrations with 3rd party technology companies * Take products from inception through launch, including owning all go-to-market activities. * Exceptional business and data analysis capabilities. * Experience with advertising technology preferred, but not required. * Strong technical aptitude. * Agile experience preferred. * Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%. * Experience in mobile or digital advertising a plus
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years experience as Product Manager, Business Analyst and/or Software Engineer. * Ability to maintain and grow internal and external relationships, responding to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external) * Proven success collaborating with cross-functional groups including engineering, client services, enterprise customers and direct sales teams. * Ability to articulate business and product requirements to engineering in timely manner. * Exceptional and demonstrable problem-solving and design capabilities.
