Summary
As a Product Manager on our Audience Management Platform, you will help define and personally execute on the product roadmap. You will work with an amazing team of creative thinkers to conceptualize and build the next generation of products in this rapidly moving space.
Responsibilities
* Quickly become an expert in our Audience Management Platform. * This role will interface with a variety of other product teams, so you will need to understand how our products interact with other products across the AOL ecosystem in order to deliver a seamless user experience for our clients. * Meet frequently with internal and external customers – focusing on publishers - to develop a deep understanding of their needs. Customer knowledge is the source of product management power. * Rapidly formulate concrete feature designs that address needs and requirements expressed by internal and external customers. * Elicit feedback from stakeholders, and iterate to achieve alignment around the final specifications.
Ideal Candidate
* Must be able to demonstrate and/or describe a substantial software product that you built personally, demonstrating your ability to envision, define, and execute. * Experience working as a product manager within the advertising or marketing technology space is key * Good understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, products, technologies and how the various components interact with one another. Knowledge of sell side ecosystem is ideal, but not mandatory. * Proven and continued success collaborating with cross-functional groups including engineering, client services, enterprise customers, and direct sales teams. * Exceptional ability to articulate both product value and requirements to business and engineering, respectively. * Exceptional and demonstrable problem-solving and product design capabilities. * Experience with data management platform (DMP) highly preferred, but not required.
