Summary
In this role, you’ll be part of a team at the forefront of digital ads industry, working with an award winning Advertising organization. At AOL, we’re transforming the industry by allowing our advertisers to thoughtfully access premium content and diverse audiences through our powerful and comprehensive technology. As an Account Executive for our National Team you’ll champion a ~10M book of business, selling our full suite of solutions including display, video, multi touch attribution, and DMP services to major advertisers and agencies.
Responsibilities
* Serve as primary point of contact to a defined book of business inclusive of approximately 20-25 advertisers, clients and agency trading desks * Maximize revenue opportunities by growing existing accounts and prospecting potential new business * Drives profitable revenue growth by taking advantage of the organization’s most scale-able platforms and content products * Demonstrate our technology platforms and content offerings to clients * Collaborate with numerous internal constituents (Marketing, Operations, Client Services) to enable our clients to maximize revenue and ensure adoption and execution of campaigns * Consult with Account Management team on straightforward media proposals customized to the client * Build internal relationships to facilitate cross-team collaboration with key internal constituents including sales, operations, publisher and technology teams
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in online media sales in the desired region; experience working with regional agencies strongly preferred * Experience selling mobile as well as display or video DSP strongly preferred * Knowledge of and genuine interest in learning all aspects of the programmatic space * Experience presenting product demos * Entrepreneurial, start-up mentality with the desire and ability to own projects end to end * Passionate for changing the media landscape, self educated on the trends of consumer behaviors and inventive ways to reach a targeted audience * A proven collaborator with the ability to be an effective internal advocate of client needs/market demand * Ability and experience managing strong internal and external relationships * Ability to think strategically, understanding marketer needs and creatively translating these into compelling concepts and programs * Bachelor’s Degree Required
