Online Social Media Manager

This position is responsible for managing social media activities for Anthem brands. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: * Responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to grow or retain profitable membership or enhance customer interaction to promote loyalty. Ensures social/digital strategy alignment with the enterprise-wide integrated marketing strategy. * Manages daily social media programs which can include agency management, curating or creating branded content, moderating conversations, supporting customer service, or generally maintaining social media sites as a community manager. * Manages and advances our social media listening and reporting work in support of brand engagement, specifically to benefit reputation management, improved customer service, and customer sales or retention. * Manages corporate social media governance, best practice collaboration, practitioner committees and ongoing development, and general associate/brand ambassador education work streams. * May be asked to manage the reporting and analytics by measuring engagement and delivering results against a social media scorecard (inclusive of Adobe web analytics integration). * May be asked to manage the end-to-end process and production of high-impact campaign content, promotions or advertising campaigns to support the company's brand positioning and integrated marketing efforts.

- Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of social media or integrated marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
