Manager GBD Regional Accounts

The Manager GBD Regional Accounts is responsible for developing revenue strategy, analytics, and reporting.

* Leads a team of account managers, ensuring the quality, speed and efficiency of corporate shared services delivered to the individual health plan customers and their respective State constituents within their region. * Provides direct Account Management support to one or more very large or highly complex Health Plan customers. * Functions as the single point of contact for the Corporate Business Operational needs. * Leads small teams/workgroups on initiating, developing, designing, and implementing new change initiatives. * Leverages corporate initiatives and best practices from other markets. * Identifies and coordinates independent revenue initiatives across the organization and seeks to develop a corporate solution. * Employs strong execution skills to implement a regional portfolio of operational process improvements while assuring ongoing administrative services agreement delivery. * Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

* Requires a BA/BS in a related field, * 10 years of relevant work experience, including * 5 years of direct staff management, executive account management, or project management in a complex corporate environment with demonstrated competence in data assimilation and analysis and effective change management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. * MBA preferred. * PMP, Six Sigma Certification preferred
