Business Analyst III

The position requires extensive experience in digital content management, taxonomy, CMS platforms, relationship and consensus-building skills, and proven ability to think strategically in the complex and evolving healthcare environment.

* Establishing taxonomy models across multiple digital properties * Establishing intake and workflow models * Writing stories / requirements to supporting the continued build out of a content management platform supporting multi-channel digital content distribution * Works with respective business partners to understand their objectives and come up with optimized solutions leveraging a CMS. * Oversees content management processes including defining workflows, content ownership, approval rules and advising internal business clients on best in class content writing and placement for digital properties. * Aligns on SEO (Search engine optimization) strategy and is accountable on search engine optimization execution * Contributes to a core centers of excellence for digital content at Anthem * Responsible for establishing and helping enforce CMS standards and governance including governance around taxonomy, content standards, etc.

* Expertise in Web Center Sites (Oracle CMS) specifically is preferred * Experience in writing content for complex regulated industries * Highly effective in a large virtual cross functional team aligning to multiple business partners and IT partners.
