Summary
Ansira is seeking an SEO Specialist to join our team of digital marketing rock stars. The SEO Specialist is a great opportunity for someone with SEO experience to hone their skills. This role works closely with senior members of the team to execute against the SEO strategy as well as creating client-facing reports.
Responsibilities
* Manage and execute day-to-day tactical operations of Owned Media strategies including, but not limited to: competitive analysis, keyword research, providing content optimization recommendations, technical SEO, local search optimization and other related tasks. * Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and digital marketing trends and developments * Partner with senior members of the SEO team to develop and maintain the SEO strategy for assigned clients * Conduct periodic SEO audits for your assigned clients and create recommendations * Optimize on-site content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines; this includes HTML, site structure, as well as page layout and navigation considerations. * Assist with the implementation of recommended audit optimizations (H1 Tags, Alt Tags, Meta Descriptions, Title Tags, etc.). * Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities. * Monitor key reporting tools for issues and as a source to identify insights. * Work with internal teams on SEO-related projects and other ad hoc tasks * Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of existing SEO strategies * Create client-facing reports on the progress and state of client SEO programs
Ideal Candidate
* 1+ years of SEO experience with an understand of technical SEO, local SEO and content marketing; Bachelor’s degree preferred * Able to analyze data & contribute actionable insights. * Able to manage work flow effectively & meet time sensitive deadlines. * Basic proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google My Business and Microsoft Excel. * Outstanding written communication and verbal presentation skills. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a small team. * Working knowledge of the interplay between SEO, Paid Search and Social Media Experience using Moz, SEMRush or other SEO tools * Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills and project management skills. * Able to keep up with the rapidly evolving SEO landscape
