* Manage the implementation of brand programming within channel to deliver share growth. * Mange the trade spend and ROI for menu programs Cascade and examine promotions, modifications and CM/CSM strategy directives. * Direct channel specific pilots; manage optimization of each of channel’s key levers. * Cascade annual/trimester channel blueprint (Initiatives and Programs). * KPIs – Channel Volume and MACO for Region – Program objective execution.

* Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred. * 5-7 years of sales and marketing experience. * In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization. * Strong communication skills both external and internal, required. * Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tools, required. * Must possess an in-depth knowledge of On-Premise channel.
