- Manage the implementation of brand programming within channel to deliver share growth.
- Mange the trade spend and ROI for menu programs Cascade and examine promotions, modifications and CM/CSM strategy directives.
- Direct channel specific pilots; manage optimization of each of channel’s key levers.
- Cascade annual/trimester channel blueprint (Initiatives and Programs).
- KPIs – Channel Volume and MACO for Region – Program objective execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of sales and marketing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization.
- Strong communication skills both external and internal, required.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tools, required.
- Must possess an in-depth knowledge of On-Premise channel.
