As a Loan Originator, you are Anchor’s first point of contact with prospects. Your goal is to convert prospects into customers by developing and maintaining lasting relationships. Passion for sales and great communication skills required. **Responsibilities:** - Convert prospects and existing relationships into Anchor customers - Educate prospects on Anchor’s products and competitive advantages - Tailor loans to meet borrowers’ business needs - Coordinate with Pre-Processors to efficiently onboard new customers - Share market intelligence with colleagues and management

**Requirements:** - Interest in private money lending - Positive attitude - Passion for sales - Very motivated - Strong negotiation skills - Outstanding written and oral communication - Team player **Experience:** - Sales or related real estate experience a plus College graduate
