Loan Originator

Anchor Loans, LP is the premier direct private money lender in California and has expanded into several states around the country. Since 1998, Anchor has provided qualified developers and borrowers with quick bridge financing for non-owner occupied property and has provided private investors with real estate secured investment opportunities.

As a Loan Originator, you are Anchor’s first point of contact with prospects. Your goal is to convert prospects into customers by developing and maintaining lasting relationships. Passion for sales and great communication skills required.

Responsibilities:

• Convert prospects and existing relationships into Anchor customers
• Educate prospects on Anchor’s products and competitive advantages
• Tailor loans to meet borrowers’ business needs
• Coordinate with Pre-Processors to efficiently onboard new customers
• Share market intelligence with colleagues and management

Requirements:

Experience:

• Sales or related real estate experience a plus College graduate
