Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator

AmeriQual Foods, an Evansville, IN based food manufacturing facility is seeking an Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support of the Executive Team and coordination of special projects. This position requires an elevated level of organization, attention to detail, decision-making, business reasoning, professionalism, and confidentiality.

* Compose correspondence, reports, instructions, communications and presentations using a variety of software with demonstrated proficiency * Preparation of timely and high quality presentation materials * Responsible for heavy calendar management requiring interaction with both internal and external executive customers * Demonstrate skills needed to prioritize assignments and tasks * Exercise authority and discretion regarding the prioritization of sensitive and confidential information * Review incoming mail, email, phone and verbal requests to determine appropriate course of action warranted * Communicate key information to the Executive team in a timely manner * Handle multiple simultaneous projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner * Coordinate travel arrangements for individuals and large groups based on business needs * Coordinate of Executive team’s staff meetings, board meetings, etc * Transcribe the meeting notes and distribute for review/approval

* 5+ years’ experience in an Administrative or related position * Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office * Project management knowledge * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills * Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner * Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
