Summary

This newly created shared position will provide administrative support to both the Sales and Purchasing departments.

Responsibilities

Essential Tasks:

  • Data entry
  • Product registrations and licensing
  • Product entry into ERP; create internal item codes
Ideal Candidate

Education & Requirements:

  • High school diploma, some college preferred
  • Prior data entry experience
  • Strong sense of urgency to respond to all communication, this is a fast paced office environment
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Attention to detail
  • Professionalism – this position is a key role for company projects
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Excel

Work Environment:

  • Pre-employment drug screen, background testing, skills testing required. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • The employee must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, computer equipment and peripherals
  • Strength: Must have the ability to lift 20 pounds
  • Must be able to understand and follow work instructions in English
