Sales Rep - Inbound/Outbound

Standard Life & Accident, a subsidiary of American National Insurance Company, is now seeking a Marketing Representative Inbound/Outbound Sales. This position is located in our attractive, professional office complex, adjacent to the marina in South Shore Harbour in League City, TX.

* Form responses to industry advertising, recruit independent insurance agents to market and sell products for Standard Life & Accident. Once agents have been recruited, incumbent must be able to train, motivate and support agents over the phone to increase sales. * Responsible for developing relationships with new agents and the development of potential agents.

* Experience with telemarketing or inside sales * Life and health insurance experience a plus, but not required. * High school diploma or GED is required * Pleasant phone personality is essential * Experience with management of complex projects under time constraints. * Must have good verbal and written communication skills * Career-oriented individuals with excellent computer skills, particularly MS Office applications. * Ability to develop and present PowerPoint webinars a plus.
