The End User Computing team has a global responsibility providing service and support for messaging technologies used by nearly 100,000 users.
Responsibilities
* Acts as technical developer for user interface and user interactions * Experienced integration with Service Management platforms (ServiceNow) to enable Self Service capability * Provides technical expertise to maintain environments and troubleshoot issues with software delivery * Engages and works with cross-functional leaders to understand and define business principles, goals and strategy within scope of responsibility * Engineers solutions to assure compliance and technical objectives are being met * Strong communication skills when showcasing the software products to leadership * Engages and works with cross-functional leaders to understand and define business principles, goals and strategy within scope of responsibility
Ideal Candidate
* Ability to build user interfaces that are Microsoft concentric * Microsoft .Net technologies * Working knowledge of Windows WMI * Advanced skills - ASP.NET, C#, Window Services, WCF, Dependency injection, SQL, .NET 4, 4.5, and 4.5.1, MVC 5+, WMI, WiX, Node.JS * Experience working with vendor teams to provide support and systems integration * Working knowledge of Windows WMI, IOS OSX, and Android * Knowledge of Agile Methodology best practices and working within the space * Preferable skills - Unity Dependency Injection, Azure, Angular.js, Domain-Driven Design, Glimpse, P/Invoke (Win32)
