Summary
American Credit Acceptance, a subprime lender for automobile loans, seeks an individual with undergraduate level education to use analysis and intuition to solve business problems. As a small and growing company, we seek an entrepreneurial individual with a knack for solving problems to learn and leverage business knowledge, analytical thinking and creativity to generate recommendations that drive business strategy.
Responsibilities
* Individuals will partner cross functionally to deliver business solutions * Collaborating with others to understand the business problem * Collecting, retrieving and understanding data * Develop hypotheses and test their validity * Make recommendations for improvement * Designing experiments and assessing their results * Communicating results and recommendations to senior management **Supervisory Responsibility** * This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree – quantitative field of study (Math, Stat, Science, Eng, etc.) preferred * Demonstrated excellence in working effectively as an individual and as part of a team * Strong aptitude for numbers * Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a deadline driven environment * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * The ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions * The skills to synthesize information, distill relevant facts and reach logical conclusions * Hunger to learn and grow **Work Environment and Physical Demands** This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Compensation and Working Conditions

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hours may vary and exceed 40 hours in a week depending on the needs of the business.No travel is expected for this position.
