Usability Design Expert

Amdocs is the market leader in customer experience software solutions and services for the world’s largest communications, entertainment and media service providers.

As part of the customer, support, and billing experience domain team, owning the retail channel product, contributing to the overall design of the experience and product. Your key responsibility includes strong desire to provide the best user interface patterns and designs for retail product that will carry over into call center and self-service channels as well. You will work closely with senior design, architect and development experts throughout the development process within Amdocs.

**Requirements:** * Highly Self-motivated, creative and ability to excel in fast paced design environment. * Some hands on knowledge and experience in building usable agent and user based wireframes, knowledge of Axure tool is nice to have. * Good and detailed documentation skill set. **Preferences:** * Usability certification in a certified program, for example: Human Factors CUD certification. * An understanding of software backend and UI layers. * An understanding of the R&D process and delivery schedules. * Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced design teams. * Main contributor to design discussions and flows within retail product. * Strong verbal and written communications skills. * Position-appropriate mentoring/leadership abilities. * Ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes. * Capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities. * Deep customer service orientation, both internally and externally.
