We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Lead Analyst Sales Methods to join our Sales Analytics department in Richmond, VA.

The successful candidate will develop standardized tools and methods that will be shared with the Field Sales Force Account Teams. They also collaborate with and advise the retail program group on optimal program and promotion changes. They will develop methods specific to product assortment, promotional effectiveness and pricing scenarios. They analyze syndicated data across trade classes as well as accounts to identify common business opportunities and make recommendations. * Developing methods and tools to conduct analysis on pricing and promotion effectiveness across accounts * Running assortment scenarios to model impact and develop profit maximizing SKU rankings * Modeling assortment tools to be shared with account teams * Analyzing syndicated data across trade channels to determine performance drivers and identify sales opportunities * Building account, store, region assortment recommendations and selling stories

* Bachelor's degree in business or statistics related field * 5+ years prior CPG sales experience * Broad customer and category analytic experience * Strong financial and business acumen * CPG sales or sales analytic background in the areas of assortment, pricing, promo effectiveness * Experience with big-data systems, specifically syndicated retail data
