We are currently seeking a highly qualified Consumer Marketing Database Analyst to join our Digital and Marketing Services (DMS) department in Richmond, VA.

The successful candidate will execute data strategies for the consumer marketing database, including building infrastructure to support a more personalized consumer experience, as well as, executing initiatives to enhance the company's marketing data and insight delivery capabilities. * Serving as the point of contact for database related governance, requests and projects to ensure consistency and accuracy in data access and usage. Ensuring potential ideas can be implemented in compliance with our current marketing practices. * Developing and enhancing the infrastructure required to ensure data quality issues are resolved at the root cause and protect the integrity of the data. * Leading the project management of approved projects across multiple suppliers. * Leading name generation efforts, ensuring our tactics are compliant, responsible and deliver maximum efficacy, including the ongoing age verification optimization. * Contributing to the strategic assessment of the database as well as the identification and prioritization of new data integration opportunities. * Identifying and integrating new database tools into the database marketing strategy to enable more efficient and enhanced marketing communications

* Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of experience with consumer marketing databases * Database, Marketing, or Information Technology experience preferred. * Demonstrated knowledge of database services and techniques * Excellent organizational and time management skills * A thorough understanding of project planning and the ability to develop and execute complex project plans with numerous internal and external stakeholders * Proven track record of collaborative leadership in working with a team, able to help others succeed, lead effectively even without direct reports, effectively communicate at all levels of the organization * Excellent communication (oral and written) and consultation skills * Proven track record of delivering results, taking on increased number of projects or managing more high impact projects, often through effective collaboration with external partners.
