AlphaSights is looking for an ambitious and thoughtful individual to join the Professional Development team. Professional Development at AlphaSights provides opportunities for our employees to continuously grow their skills and, ultimately, to achieve their personal and professional goals. You will work with the Vice President of Professional Development to help our people manage their career path, and to execute training and development programs for AlphaSights team members. A successful candidate will be excited about doing whatever it takes to support and enable coworkers to unlock their full potential.

* Work on projects focused on various phases of an experienced professional's talent lifecycle * Coach individual employees on their development and how AlphaSights fits into their career path * Independently design and implement training experiences for AlphaSights staff while focusing on making the learner experience as seamless as possible * Collaborate closely with the recruiting team and the talent marketing team to present a seamless talent narrative for employees * Constantly improve and innovate Professional Development programming by soliciting feedback from participants, measuring learning outcomes, researching * industry best practices, and endeavoring to make sessions as interactive and engaging as possible * Build relationships throughout the organization to make Professional Development as successful as possible * Manage communications related to Professional Development
