Entry Level Claims Diminished Value Adjuster

As an Allstate Total Loss Auto Adjuster, you will play a vital role to ensure we deliver on our promise to help restore people's lives after they've experienced a loss. Each day you will be responsible for managing a steady volume of new claims involving property, auto liability and/or casualty. Most importantly, you will work with our customers to guide them through the claims process in a caring and professional manner. You will handle every step from managing incoming calls and data entry, to filing reports and mail support. * Telephone interaction with customers * Typing and data entry * Filing reports and customer information * Other administrative duties as assigned. * Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

* Four year college degree preferred * Must have a proven history of providing excellent customer service * Solid Windows-based computer experience required * Should be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team * Must be able to achieve targeted performance goals and metrics and remain highly organized * Must have the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communications skills required * Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
