Allied Health Media went live in 1999 as a virtual community with the goal of using advanced communication technology to improve health outcomes for patients.

Do you have an eye for detail and passion for designing attractive and engaging website designs? AudiologyDesign, a division of Allied Health Media, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and creative individual to join our team as Web Designer. The Web Designer is responsible for creating designs that follow today’s trends and best practices, and producing a high level of quality work, while adhering to our existing model.

* Produce creative website designs and composition files * Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and team members to ensure the highest quality of work is produced * Adhere to quality control process to ensure projects are completed without error * Complete all projects within expected turnaround times * Keep current with emerging web technologies and provide ideas for improvement of product offerings * Complete special design projects upon request (ex. Email Campaigns, Social Media profile and page concepts, and Online Marketing materials such as Blogging and Promos) * Work collaboratively with members of the Production Team to create and produce innovative product offerings for the company’s client base

**Qualifications** * 3+ years experience in the web design field * Knowledge of industry standards and best practices * Complete understanding of RWD (Responsive Web Design) * Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Strong working knowledge of web-based technologies * Experience working within a Content Management System * Ability to monitor and manage workflow and timelines * A strong portfolio, available for viewing, showing great sense of design, typography and creativity **Attributes for Success at AudiologyDesign** * Creative with an eye for detail and drive to deliver pixel-perfect results * Highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic, and truly passionate for clean, modern design * Ability to stay positive under pressure * Ability to accept, interpret and provide recommendations and solutions in a professional manner * A team player with strong interpersonal skills * Ability to accept constructive feedback from team members about design and processes * Ability to switch easily between different projects, and flexibility to handle a rapidly changing environment while delivering high quality results * Able to work from home without distractions during company’s business hours * Passion, integrity and energy! **Other** * Occasional travel is required for our annual company meeting and team meetings * Benefits include paid holidays, paid time off, medical, dental and vision care plans, long and short term disability, life insurance, 401k matching and more
