* Analyze the current collections department and implement new programs to increase efficiency * Oversee collections reports and communicate your findings to management * Develop a cost/benefit analysis to measure the current processes * Create new programs for 3rd party vendor systems

* Bachelor’s degree in Business or Statistics * At least 2 years of collections experience * Familiar with collections-related legal and regulatory compliance requirements * Proven knowledge of collection techniques and strategies * Possess a reliable and responsible work ethic * Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
