Sales Support Representative

The Sales Coordinator - Retail candidate is responsible for contacting, registering and training current dealers within the Speed Queen home retail sales channel. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with retail dealers, conduct phone/online training sessions, and administrate data activity with a high level of accuracy.

* Effectively engage new dealers during their on-boarding period * Call on and quickly develop good rapport with home retailers and sales personnel * Effectively communicate regional and national promotional activities * Provide product knowledge and support through active calling efforts * Work directly with the Business Development Supervisor on call list activities * Administrate an individual workload and data input * Provide valuable feedback of retail dealers and sales personnel * Effectively work in a fast pace team environment * Performs other related, incidental, and similar duties as required

**Knowledge/Experience/Education:** * Candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent. A technical degree or associate degree is preferred. **Skills and Abilities:** * Experience with telephone customer support * High degree of computer skills, including experience with data entry * Strong written and oral communications skills * Previous lead generation activity a plus **Physical Requirements** * Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and minimal lifting.
