Digital Art Director

* You can lead a project working with both the CD and the designer to bring the vision to life and are comfortable presenting your ideas internally as well as to clients. You’ve designed websites and experiences that convey emotion, storytelling and great branding. * You are an orchestrator of type, color, composition, and brand and understand how the user is influenced by your design. * Work in a small team creating the flagship site for a cool and progressive NFP in the pet space. This site will be the defining and unifying voice that sets out to explain through succinct storytelling what the brand is about and the services it provides.

* 5+ years experience. * Strong digital skills. You’ve designed a fair share of successful websites and/or mobile apps. UX, UI and IA understanding and experience a plus. * Burly ability to multitask. * Holistic problem solver. * We’re a tight team and need a team player, no egos allowed, though confidence is always welcome.
