• Configuring and optimizing use of the Oracle applications for business advantage
• Working within the standards set by the Alcoa Program Management Office
• Developing expertise in the area of Alcoa's Oracle ERP environment
• Works alone or as part of a team to develop or procure, implement, and support computer systems by utilizing technically sound methods of investigation , analysis, design, planning, and scheduling.
• Establishes and maintains a high level of customer interaction in order to identify and recommend computer and business solutions to effectively and efficiently satisfy the data processing and information requirements of the business

• Microsoft .NET C# programming preferred , but any programming language experience is required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be able to solve problems on their own where possible.
• Verbal and written communications skills
• Project management skills
