Software Quality Assurance Engineer

* Assist in building tools and frameworks for automated testing. * Write test plans and design test cases * Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities * Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. * Design, develop and execute automation scripts * Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved * Work closely with the development team to ensure test coverage * SRE CQ supports the following teams within SRE: Tools, Merchant Monitoring, SiteBots, Failed Customer Interactions and Critical Issue Engineering. * The successful candidate: will have a passion for doing the right thing; will behave with customer/company/team in mind always; and will be tenacious in delivering high-quality solutions in a timely fashion.

* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) is required; Master s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) a plus * Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is a must * 4-5 years of experience * Java and/or C++ programming experience * Must be a team player and work collaboratively with others Agile software development knowledge a plus * Experience with SQL and scripting * Experience with web application technologies: Node.Js, JavaScript, CSS, XML and HTML. * Experience with automated testing tools * Experience with Source-code control systems, preferably GIT. * JIRA bug tracking system a plus
