Technology Data Entry Specialist

The client is looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree and has a minimum of one year experience. You will be responsible for creating new accounts and maintain data quality. We are seeking someone who has advanced skills in Excel and Outlook.

* Ensure profiling and address data are correct on all clients * Auditing and integrity of the data. * Create new accounts in MySAP. * Maintain EDI EDPAR table. * Execute processes supporting the movement of accounts * Communicate with sales reps and leaders to gather and supply information * Manage information regarding requests for suppression from various marketing vehicles * Build books of accounts for newly-hired sales reps and manage the flow of accounts from reps to pools and back. * While systems integration is ongoing, dual-maintain all customer data in both SAP 4.6 and MySAP 5.0

* Bachelor's degree * Minimum of one year experience working with large customer databases. * Advanced spreadsheet skills * Familiarity with address standardization tools * Ability to analyze information to support fact-based decisions * Ability to work well in cross-functional teams * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Ability to meet aggressive service-level agreements * Excellent communications skills * Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP
