Technology Data Entry Specialist

The client is looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree and has a minimum of one year experience. You will be responsible for creating new accounts and maintain data quality. We are seeking someone who has advanced skills in Excel and Outlook.

• Ensure profiling and address data are correct on all clients
• Auditing and integrity of the data.
• Create new accounts in MySAP.
• Maintain EDI EDPAR table.
• Execute processes supporting the movement of accounts
• Communicate with sales reps and leaders to gather and supply information
• Manage information regarding requests for suppression from various marketing vehicles
• Build books of accounts for newly-hired sales reps and manage the flow of accounts from reps to pools and back.
• While systems integration is ongoing, dual-maintain all customer data in both SAP 4.6 and MySAP 5.0

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of one year experience working with large customer databases.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• Familiarity with address standardization tools
• Ability to analyze information to support fact-based decisions
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet aggressive service-level agreements
• Excellent communications skills
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP
